Each month we will roast a new coffee. The catch, we are only doing ONE ROAST of it. Once it's roasted and sold out, it's not coming back. It's going to be an exciting and adventurous coffee each time and will include a brew guide on how we recommend to brew it. For August 2026, we have a anaerobic coffee from San Rafael de San Ramón, Alajuela, Costa Rica, Costa Rica. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers in high-elevation communities, this lot reflects the terroir, climate, and craftsmanship of its origin. Anaerobic processing preserves clarity in the cup while letting the coffee's natural character shine. In the cup, this coffee offers a layered and approachable profile with notes of lime, raspberry, almond, pink starburst, passion fruit. We cannot state this enough...this coffee, especially at $28.00, will not be found anywhere else. Get it while it's here. We're only doing ONE ROAST of Series #14 (Costa Rica Anaerobic Washed) and will only have 23 bags available. First come, first brew!
