Over 15,000 small farmers are members, and they deliver cherry to one of the nineteen regional wet mills (called "factories" in Kenya). With nineteen different wet mills, each separating coffees into multiple lots, there's a wide range of coffees produced by Othaya. Othaya operates one central dry mill for final dry milling, screening/sorting and finally to be cupped & scored for export or domestic sale.
