O que a marca diz
This is a favored staple here at Backporch and by far our most popular roast. We work hard to provide the perfect mix of coffees in it each year, making both a great cup of coffee or shot of espresso. The blend consists of coffee from Costa Rica and El Salvador. Both of these coffees were chosen for how they stood out in our visits to the producer's farms. We chose the Costa Rica for it’s deep dark chocolate and winey, berry notes and blend in a citrusy, woodsy El Salvadoran coffee to make what we feel is a complete blend. Purchased through direct trade, this coffee ensures the farmer gets fair wage for their hard work. Cupping Notes: Syrupy and sweet, with hints of dark chocolate, peanut butter and orange citrus. Process: Washed Roast (1 light - 10 dark): 6 Acidity (1 low -10 high): 3 Body (1 light - 10 big): 8 Based on 18g of coffee per cup: 12oz bag of Coffee = 19 (10oz) cups of coffee 2lbs bag of Coffee = 50 (10oz) cups of coffee 5lbs bag of Coffee = 126 (10oz) cups of coffee
