Heavyweight is designed to be richer and more intense than our seasonal blend through further development in the roaster. This profile is more familiar to traditional espresso drinkers but allows quality of the coffee to still shine through. Coffee is a seasonal product and adjust accordingly. We select and source each coffee based on harvest and processing method to maintain a consistent cup profile all year round.
