O que a marca diz
Yemen's long, rich history with regards to coffee can not be overstated. Though coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia, Arab scholars in Yemen were some of the first to roast and brew it in the manner we do today. The scientific name "arabica" itself was chosen in reference to the coffee being cultivated in the Arabian peninsula, and its popularity there. Like many Yemeni coffee varietals, this Mocha Sanani was natural/dry processed on raised beds. It offers a medium body strength, wonderful complexity, and a thick and creamy finish. Full City (light) roasted with medium acidity. Expect notes of brown sugar, chocolate, warm spices, and dried fruit. It's been a while since we've been able to source from Yemen, so we're very excited to have this available! Definitely a must-try.Yemen's long, rich history with regards to coffee can not be overstated.
