Coordinadora de Organizaciones de Desarrollo de Concepcion Huista – also known as CODECH – is comprised of three sub-associations: ADAT, ADIPY, ADINTHEC. Atlas Coffee Importers – who we are working with to bring you this beautiful coffee – has been involved with CODECH since 2009, when they first started bringing these microlots to the states. In 2012, Atlas founded a cupping competition within the cooperative which brings out the best coffee from the three associations, including many single producer lots, with the goal to award the most exceptional coffees.
