The lot is fully washed and dried on raised beds, a traditional Kenyan approach that emphasizes clarity, structure and a clean finish. Roasted as a medium filter for Kenya Ndaroini, this coffee expresses a refreshing and structured cup with notes of blackcurrant, orange, and black tea, supported by lively citrus acidity, gentle sweetness and an elegant tea-like finish.
