O que a marca diz
This coffee comes from four women-led farms in the volcanic highlands of Sul-de-Minas, Brazil. Each one is part of the Donas do Café program, an initiative built around female leadership in coffee farming. These women run their own operations, manage quality from harvest to export, and are producing some of the best specialty coffee coming out of southern Brazil right now. The cup is rich and approachable. Think milk chocolate up front, a soft berry sweetness through the middle, and toasted hazelnut undertones that round the whole thing out. Natural processed Catuai variety, grown between 1,220 and 1,400 meters in volcanic soil. It's the kind of coffee that works beautifully as a morning pour over or dialed in on espresso. This coffee comes from four women-led farms in the volcanic highlands of Sul-de-Minas, Brazil.
