> Ein besonderer Kaffee mit wenig natürlich Koffein: Die Laurina Varietät wurde erst kürzlich entdeckt und enthält mit 0.3 - 0.7% nur halb so viel Koffein, wie unsere normalen Röstungen. Ein voller, samtiger Körper und süßen Noten von Pfirsich und Clementinen. Die Bohnen unserer Laurina wurden mit Pulp Natural Verfahren aufbereitet (auch als 'Honey Process' bekannt). Bei dieser Methode bleibt ein Teil der Mucilage an den Bohnen haften. Die Bohnen nehmen die ganze Süße der honigartigen Schicht an. Damit hier keine unerwünschte Fermentierung entsteht, werden die Bohnen während sie trocknen stetig gewendet. **Beim Cuppen schmecken wir fruchtig-süße Noten von weißer Schokolade, Pfirsich und Clemetine.
