> Dieses Lot kommt von Diofanor Ruiz und seiner Finca La Divisa in Buenavista, mitten im Quindío. Statt der üblichen Verdächtigen steckt hier die seltene Varietät Java in der Tüte – gewaschen aufbereitet, hell und floral. Auf rund 1.950 Metern reifen die Kirschen in einem Agroforstsystem langsam heran. Das schmeckt man: saftige Himbeere, ein Hauch Zitronensorbet und die florale Süße von Geißblatt. Ein filigraner, teeartiger Filterkaffee, der besonders leicht wirkt.
