Agreement to Terms Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and the Coffee List Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service. ## 3. Eligibility You represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Service only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. ## 4. Coffee Information Disclaimer Coffee listings, prices, availability, tasting notes, origin details, and roaster information are provided for discovery and convenience. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or changed by third-party roasters and merchants without notice. ## 5. User Content and License Grant By submitting User Content, you represent that you own or have rights to it. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content. ## 6. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction except as permitted by law - Circumventing protections or attempting unauthorized access - Interfering with the Service's operation - Uploading content that violates law or third-party rights - Using the Service or Service Data for competitive analysis without our written permission - Using Service Data, directly or indirectly, to build, train, populate, enrich, maintain, or improve any competing product or service, or any website, application, database, directory, catalog, marketplace, or other page or resource that lists or displays products, coffees, or roasters ## 7. Subscriptions, Billing, and In-App Purchases Purchases and subscriptions may be processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Their terms govern payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the applicable platform rules. ## 8. Third-Party Services and Links The Service may link to roasters, shops, processors, app stores, and other third-party services. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, pricing, purchases, shipping, or privacy practices. ## 9. Intellectual Property All rights in the Service, excluding User Content and third-party content, are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law. ## 10.
