Ce que dit la marque

Since 1931 Mondul Coffee Estate has been growing high quality Arabica coffee beans in the highlands of northern Tanzania near Mt. Meru. With expert knowledge and a hereditary passion for specialty coffee Mondul Coffee has a long-established community of over 100 employees. While embracing traditional methods of coffee production, they also adopt modern practices where value is added. Ripe cherries are carefully selected, pulped and fully fermented (with a fresh wash midway) within 2 days. Following which they are slowly dried for 21 days before delivery to the dry-mill for hulling and grading. This attention to detail ensures green coffee imported from Mondul Coffee Estate produced a consistently high-quality, complex cup season after season. "Flat" dicot coffee bean - Grade AA Cup Profile: apricot, honey, lemon - sweet, bright and clean - light/medium roast
