Introducing a new producer to the Uncommon line-up, Nahun Fernandez! Nahun has placed in the Honduras Cup of Excellence three times, each time with a version of his Parainema, including a honey-processed lot that won 13th place in 2018. This lot is a wonderful expression of Parainema, which could be said to be Honduras' national variety. It has everything we love about the honey process: sweetness, body, jammy fruit and clean, fine acidity. We have notes of orange, honeycomb and peach.
