Flores de Minas means 'flowers of Minas' and is a collective lot from multiple female producers in the Sul de Minas region. It comes by way of SMC’s Women of Coffee initiative, named 'Donas do Cafe'. The women are given a platform to sell their coffee collectively and gain space in the specialty coffee market, and are given agricultural training and vocational support to lead a successful business. This coffee is a true crowd-pleaser tasting like honeycomb, nuts, & chocolate.
