ROAST: Delicate/Light REGION: Quindio, Colombia 1400MASL VARIETALS: Pink Bourbon PROCESS: Natural, Fermented, Sun Dried ETHICS: This sustainable coffee is sourced from family farms with a multi-generational history. If you're into wild fruit notes and an unforgettable coffee, this is it. The flavor notes are: raspberries, wild raw clover honey, aroma of fallen apples on warm grass, raspberry dark chocolate & fresh hops. All coffees go through a fermentation phase and most are less than 72 hours. Meanwhile, this anaerobic fermentation goes on for 360 hours! The results are memorable and delicious!!
