Named after the Dark Eyed Junco to celebrate how this coffee can get you up early so you can spot this beautiful little bird. The Junco isn’t rare here in Portland, Oregon or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest so instead of spying it a once-in-a-while, it’s a welcome friend you get to see over and over. FLAVOR NOTES: Warm chocolate brownie ROAST: Deep Medium PROCESS: Fully washed and dried in the sun REGION: Colombia ETHICS: Organic no-pesticide practices yet not certified as organic, Ethically and thoughtfully sourced.
