Hacienda La Esmeralda consists of three farms: Cañas Verdes, Jaramillo, and El Velo. Its Geisha coffees are classified into four tiers: Auction, Black Label, Red Label, and Green Label. Cañas Verdes is further divided into several individual plots, including Lino, Coronado, Montaña, Trapiche, and León.
