Sourced from Rwamatamu Coffee, founded in 2015 by Laetitia Mukantwaza and Gaston Rutaganda, this lot comes from high-altitude farms in Rwanda’s Western Province, where rich volcanic soil and elevations of up to 2,000 masl create ideal growing conditions.

Built on a mission to support local communities, Rwamatamu works closely with farmers while investing in long-term sustainability and quality. Fully washed using natural spring water, the cherries are carefully handpicked and processed to highlight clarity and structure in the cup. Drying is carried out slowly under the sun, ensuring consistency and precision at every stage. Expect bright citrus, stone fruit, and a clean, tea-like finish, with a refined sweetness and crisp acidity.
