Ce que dit la marque

La Muralla is named after an informal group of young producers who live in the town of San Agustín in southern Huila. Together, they cultivate and harvest a blend of varieties including Caturra, Castillo, Pink Bourbon, and Colombia. We have purchased the group’s harvests year-round for more than two years. La Muralla is a mainstay single origin and the primary component of our seasonal blend, Arboretum. A staple on our menu, it reflects our ongoing commitment to the talented coffee-producing communities of Huila. La Muralla is named after a vereda, or small rural hamlet, within San Agustín, home to many of the producers behind this coffee. In the cup, this coffee is fruity and complex, with deep, balanced notes of pomegranate and stone fruit. Whether brewed as filter or espresso, La Muralla offers a full body and a rich brown sugar sweetness.
