PROFILE: Clean and ComfortingWITH NOTES OF Apple, Almond, Brown SugarROAST: Light Roast For Filter Brewing Download the Ukuku, Peru Transparency Report ABOUT Ukuku is what we describe as a regional blend, made up of around 50 small lots produced across 33 farms in the Jaén district of northern Peru. With shared micro‑climates, varietals and processing approaches, coffees from this area are graded and blended—a standard practice around the world that helps build exportable volumes. Once combined, the dried coffee naturally homogenises over time, resulting in stable moisture levels and a consistent cellular structure. The outcome is a larger volume of beautifully balanced coffee ready for the roaster. Now in our fourth year purchasing from this outstanding group of producers, Ukuku continues to represent their commitment to delivering complex, clean and consistent coffee. Its versatility means we’ll be using it across more than three of our product lines this year, helping to support a sustainable, long‑term relationship between grower and roaster—where we can pay good prices to good people for years to come.
