During the 2024 harvest, Mark and Ryan had the chance to visit El Guayabal and spend time with Maria and Mario. Moments like these are increasingly rare in today’s sourcing landscape, yet when they do occur, they offer a remarkable opportunity to deepen our understanding of where these coffees originate. Maria’s 2025 lot is the definition of sophistication and elegance—floral‑forward with a refined, layered finish.
