Ce que dit la marque
PROFILE: Bold & BalancedWITH NOTES OF Apple, Plum, Toasted HazelnutsROAST: Medium Roast For Espresso Brewing Download the Irmas Pereira, Brazil Transparency Report ABOUT In the early 1970’s Antonio & Maria Pereira purchased 90 acres of fertile land in Carmo de Minas. They had a passion for nature and a dream to grow and harvest the best coffee possible. They planted the first seedlings, and while those trees grew, two children were born - Maria Valeria & Maria Rogeria. From an early age the two daughters were helping on the farm, learning to harvest and refining their processing techniques. Sadly, Antonio passed away but this didn’t change the sisters’ drive to succeed. Later on, the farm name was changed from Serrado to Irmas Pereira (Pereira sisters). To this day, they continue to innovate, producing cutting edge, experimental coffees in an ever changing market. Each year staying ahead of the curve. Our fifth year purchasing from the Pereira Sisters, but second year contracting this delicious Pulped Natural process, Yellow Bourbon. Year after year, we've been impressed with the precision and professionalism shown by these outstanding producers. This year we're getting a rich, chocolatey texture with hints of fresh fruit. This suits every morning coffee drinker to a tee. Irmas Pereira Pulped Natural will bend misconceptions while exceeding expectations.
