This year's cup reveals an elegant and aromatic profile, sparkling with notes of orange sorbet, soft cherry blossom, and a touch of wild honey. Finca Takesi was founded by the Iturralde family in 2001, born from a dream to show the world that Bolivia could produce outstanding coffee. Set along the ancient Takeshi path, its name means “awakening people”. A fitting name not just for a coffee farm, but for a place that’s opened eyes across the industry. This year, Seven Seeds celebrates ten years of working directly with Finca Takesi. It's a rare and special relationship; one shared by only a handful of roasters globally, and we feel incredibly lucky to be the exclusive partner for Australia.
