Daniel Munoz is a unique figure in coffee, coming from a slightly different background. The primary crop of his family was and continues to be sugar cane. For years he took this raw product and turned it into an incredibly popular Colombian snack which he sold in San Agustin along with running a hardware store. He then purchased Villa Camilla (named after his daughter) with the direct purpose of growing high grade specialty coffee and his farm is explicitly committed to Pink Bourbons and Gesha.
