This coffee has a silky body and a clean finish CleanFunky TerroirExperimental About The Producer Gildardo's farm, El Calamar, is high in the mountains of Paicol on the western edge of Huila. In the recent years, his family have won numerous awards in the local cup competitions and, year over year, their Pink Bourbon impresses the most demanding of clients. In recent months, they have also planted a small amount of Gesha. Gildardo is a husband to Yolanda Bolaños and father to four kids ranging in age from 20-25. Variety Pink Bourbon is a variety primarily grown in Huila, Colombia and while newer, it has quickly grown in popularity for its bright, sweet and aromatic profiles. It is now known to be an Ethiopian Landrace but further information is not available at this time.
