Ce que dit la marque
Producers on the slopes of the Agua and Acatenango volcanoes have been growing coffee for hundreds of years. They grow traditional varieties and use techniques passed down through generations. We’ve been purchasing the communal lot from Hunapú for over 15 years, and this year we’re highlighting lots from invidividual producers who contribute to this exceptional blend. This coffee comes from Rosalío Martínez, a coffee producer who has been growing coffee for over 25 years. Cultivating Bourbón, Caturra, Pache, and Java varieties, his coffee has a tropical and citrus fruit brightness, with sweet notes of chocolate.
