Grown by agronomist Edwin Noreña on his farm Finca Campo Hermosa in Circasia, Colombia, this unique coffee incorporated hops and malts into the fermenting process. A sweetly tart cup with flavors of lychee, ripe kiwi, and a balanced wine-like acidity.
