Las Veraneras is the main coffee estate of the Biokrop Project where Jorge Cruz Reyes and Laura Rubio produce specialty coffee in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. This Red Bourbon varietal has been controlled with 96 hours of an Anaerobic fermentation process. This coffee is refreshing and pleasantly tart.
