This pursuit led to a partnership between the Patre Family and our buddy Damian Durda (who also happens to be an awesome coffee consultant and coffee buyer). Together, they’ve been pushing the boundaries of what specialty coffee in India can be. This lot has been fermented anaerobically and fully washed, resulting in a cup that’s crisp and clean.
