Rare yellow Typica trees towered all around us. We passed men of the Arhuaco tribe, adorned in their full traditional robes. We stared at each other, amazed and curious. What did we just see? The flavour profile of coffees is unique here. It sings an old song. A sound we cannot comprehend yet leaves us enticed to find out more. Welcome to the wonderful world of the north.
