## Ce que dit la marque

> Region: Huila Elevation: 2000 masl About: Colombia has long been known for growing exceptional coffees and produces a staggering diversity of flavor profiles – everything from sweet, fruit forward and floral to rich, syrupy chocolate. Each region is characterized by a unique geographical landscape and microclimate, which contribute to the particular cup profile of the area. The department of Huila, in the south-west of the country, with high altitude provided by the Andes mountains, biodiversity nourished by the Magdalena River, and the pre-colonial monuments surrounding San Agustin, is arguably one of our favorite regions. La Mariposa (The Butterfly) is a regional blend, made up of coffees from over 20 producers from all over Huila. Blends like this are built to offer a true representation of place, to offer that classic Huila flavor profile. Each producer contributes a varying amount of coffee to the blend and the result is greater than the sun of its parts. This coffee is juicy and sweet, with plenty of apple and stone fruit flavors.
