An excellent example of a natural process coffee - where the coffee cherry is dried whole before the beans are removed - resulting in a fruit-forward cup bursting with flavour. Red fruit notes lead this light roast, with cherry and goji berry up front, complemented by hints of cola nut. The body is lighter than many naturals, with a round, sweet mouthfeel, a slightly sticky, date-like middle, and a pleasing milk chocolate finish.
