This is a washed coffee.

We found that this is a classic offering from Peru. Is best enjoyed after a three weeks off toast. While we were brewing it, we found that it was really, really nice and sweet. It has really pleasant acidity without it being, like, too overpowering.

We enjoyed this better on a flat filter because it allowed us to bring more of that, like, body out without it leaning too tea like. Since one of the flavor notes is white tea, we found that it was really pleasant. Again, that flat filter just helped us bring more of that, like, full body out. In those, like, sweet flavor notes, the cherry and the yellow pear really complement each other.

Overall, this is a great cup. We really enjoy and prefer this one on filter. So I hope you guys get to pick this up and enjoy.
