This Colombia Jairo Arcila roast processed coffee is a truly memorable one. As I was tasting it and as I was dialing it in, it is extremely sweet, extremely punchy, tea like rose flavor. When I was styling it in and I was brewing it a little bit coarser, I found that it was like really really bright and tart, but I decided that I wanted to push it a little bit and go a lot finer than I was going.

And I was really pleasantly surprised with the sweetness and the punchiness that I could extract from this coffee. And it was still still really nice and I didn't have a super long finish that I was kind of afraid of. So don't be afraid of going a little bit finer and sort of looking for that deeper and fuller sort of body from the coffee that this can really, really give you. I hope that you pick this up.
