Ce que dit la marque

This is the 3rd year that we bought coffees from Liliana, the first being in 2022. Liliana and her husband have been growing coffees for more than 12 years but only started to focus on specialty coffee 5 years ago as they were highly motivated to improve further from the coffees that they were producing, partly due to the micro-climate found in that part of Cauca. People in this part of Colombia started in coffee quite late on as part of a social reconstruction and encourage people to move away from growing illicit crops, which was very common in that area. Liliana feels that only by moving to specialty coffee are they able to see a future for themselves and children, as well as generations to come. We really enjoyed this year's harvest. This is the espresso roast of the coffee that we showcased as filter before.
