Costa Rica takes pride in only producing high quality specialty grade coffees--one of the only countries that can claim this fact. Don Claudio comes from Coopeagri, which is a farm collective of small to mid-sized farms. This collective is fanatical about producing only high end coffees that are noticeably delicious with unique tasting notes. This coffee is worth waking up to on a chilly fall morning. You'll like it if you want a cozy fall cup with cranberry and brown sugar sweetness. Maybe not if you're after a heavy, smoky roast.
