The Cerro Ahuaca mountain dominates the horizon near the town of Cariamanga, in Southern Ecuador, and is home to several farmers who contribute to this lovely community blend. Much more traditional than the wild and fruity El Sauce, Cerro Ahuaca is approachable and sweet, but by no means basic.
