This is a stunning natural processed coffee harvested from H1 varietal trees at San Juanillo in the West Valley. Cherry was hand harvested from H1 Centroamericano varietal trees and laid to dry on raised tables under cover. The farm is dedicated to positively impacting the environment with only natural fertilisers and a stunning range of wildflowers encouraged to be grown between the coffee trees to stimulate the local ecosystem.
