We've selected this stunning microlot from our friends at La Karola to be featured as our Christmas single origin. Grown and harvested on a small 4 hectar farm. Cherry was hand harvested from Catuai varietal trees, floated in water to remove defects and laid to dry on raised tables under cover. All processing takes place on the family farm and they have full control of the product from tree to the finished dried cherry.
