- ### About Hambella Bundle | Ethiopia Hambella was founded by brothers Aman and Michael Adinew. Aman previously led quality control at the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and established the country’s first speciality coffee laboratory, giving quality and precision a central role from the outset. The 200-hectare farm is large by Guji standards, employing a core team of 28 that grows to more than 700 during harvest, around 70% of whom are women. Hambella also works with local smallholders and agronomists to improve coffee quality throughout the surrounding area. Grown at 1,900–2,200 metres from Dega, Kudhume and Wolisho varietals, this bundle offers the opportunity to experience the same Ethiopian coffee through two different processing methods: natural and washed. Comparing the two reveals how processing can transform sweetness, fruit character, clarity and body in the final cup. - ### Coffee Info **Tasting Notes:** Natural: Blueberry, Bergamot & Milk Chocolate | Washed: Peach, Lime & Chocolate **Processing Method:** Natural & Washed **Varietal:** Dega, Kudhume, Wolisho **Importer:** DR Wakefield Our roastery is in Burgess Hill, West Sussex and all our coffee is roasted on our Loring Roaster.
