Ce que dit la marque
notes: raspberry, cream soda, watermelon **Sabores Del Sol** PROCESS: washed w/ 30-40hr fermentation REGION: acevedo, gigante, timanà VARIETAL: pink bourbon ELEVATION: 1550m - 1720m Introducing the newest addition to our Colombian Origin Project. While we haven't settled on a name for it just yet, this coffee was simply too good to wait. This special single-origin lot brings together beautifully processed Pink Bourbon coffees from three municipalities in southern Huila: Acevedo, Gigante, and Timaná. Together, these regions represent generations of coffee-growing knowledge, diverse microclimates, and some of Colombia's most exciting quality-focused producers. Over the past decade, Acevedo in particular has become known for exceptional Pink Bourbon, a variety celebrated for combining vibrant floral aromatics, layered fruit, and remarkable sweetness with the unmistakable character of Colombian coffee. When blended with coffees from neighboring Gigante and Timaná, the result is a cup that is both elegant and expressive. In the cup, expect a wonderfully floral body supported by generous fruit and chocolate sweetness before giving way to a bright, citrus-driven finish. Our importing partners at Azahar described the coffee as bursting with vibrant florals, delicate melon, and soft stone fruit, and our cupping table arrived at many of the same conclusions. It's a beautifully balanced expression of southern Huila, and one we're excited to share!notes: raspberry, cream soda, watermelon **Sabores Del Sol** PROCESS: washed w/ 30-40hr fermentation REGION: acevedo, gigante, timanà VARIETAL: pink bourbon ELEVATION: 1550m - 1720m Introducing the newest addition to our Colombian Origin Project.
