Ce que dit la marque
Rich dark fruits infused with zesty cranberry & maple syrup. In southern Tanzania, a region historically dominated by commercial coffee, quality processing is unearthing unique coffees from the Mkulima Kwanza Co-operative. This coffee, grown at 1700 meters above sea level, is a celebration of the co-op members' farming and processing by Communal Shamba. Working closely together, they’ve sorted out the naturally occurring Peaberry – where only one seed matures in the cherry – and put it through the washed process. Not only a delicious, unique expression of coffee from the Songwe region, but the sale of these coffees is also supporting community education and health initiatives. Delicious + impactful: right up our alley! === Suggested Recipe ~~~ In: 21.5g Out: 44g Time: 28sec Temp: 95°C ===
