> Kaffir lime, buttered lemon with hazelnut & pecan pie in the aftertaste. Luis Joaquin’s start to coffee came when he was just 13 years old, lending his father a hand on the family farm; Bella Aurora - located in Dipilito, Nueva Segovia this farm is blessed with high altitudes and rich fertile soils. Luis considers each year to be a learning journey and his coffee reflects this. He processed it independently using extended fermentation times that enhance the coffee's complexity, then handed the coffee over to Beneficio La Estrella, Caravela's drying facility in the region, for further drying using shaded raised beds. You can expect kaffir lime, buttered lemon with hazelnut and pecan pie in the aftertaste.
