Brings decadent butter toffee, plum, orange and dark chocolate to the cup. - Producer: The Coffee Gardens - Region: Upper Bukyabo, Eastern Region - Variety: SL-14, SL-28 & Nyasaland - Altitude: 1800-2200masl - Process: Pulped, cold soaked & fermented under water for 40hrs with Intenso yeast then washed and bed and solar dried over 2 weeks - Cupping Notes: Plum & orange, toffee & dark chocolate. Crisp, sweet, fresh & so balanced. - Brew Notes: Buttery citrus filters. Smooth grapefruit shots. butterscotch flat whites
