With a taste profile envied for its elegance and florality, it is often emulated, but rarely matched. This release from legendary producer and Best of Panama winner, Finca Hartmann reminds us that not all geisha are created equal. This lot, number 68, is a meticulous hand-selection of red-ripe green tip geisha cherries processed in the traditional washed method to offer up a coffee with the ideal expression of this archetypal cup profile. No frills, just pure finesse.
