This is a 250g box from our Special Release range. - Farm: Finca La Victoria - Region: Ortega, Tolima - Variety: Geisha - Altitude: 2050masl - Cup Score: 89 - Process: Ripe cherry is picked then immediately depulped and undergoes a classic 24-hr tank fermentation. Seeds are then washed three times then bed-dried on solar dryers on the roof of the farmhouse - Cupping Notes: Jasmine & peach tea, blood orange & plum. - Brew Notes: Beautifully sweet, floral, peach filters. Fragrant pear shots. Caramel & guava capps.
