WHY THIS COFFEE? This offering is built around high-quality, high-elevation, washed coffees from Costa Rica. The roast level is more on the medium-light side. We designed The Everyday to be smooth and familiar while still keeping the coffee lively with some fruity notes. It works especially well as espresso and shines in milk drinks, but it is just as enjoyable on its own. Bradley designed this coffee and roast profile in collaboration with folks from our communities across Reddit, YouTube, Insta, and TikTok, using feedback about what people actually like to drink every day. The goal was simple: make a coffee that tastes good, works reliably, and feels approachable. Expect a balanced cup with gentle fruit sweetness that keeps you coming back everyday. REST TIME Our coffees need a little time to rest before they are best to drink. Allow the coffee to rest for 2 weeks before digging in (include shipping time in these 2 weeks).
