The Story of Santa Ana

When we created our "Santa Ana" coffee, our goal was clear: to craft a full-bodied, single-origin dark roast that would stand out in every cup. We started with exceptional coffee beans from Colombia, known for producing some of the finest coffee in the world. These beans had the potential to deliver deep, rich flavours and we knew that with the right touch, we could create something truly special.

We carefully controlled the heat, allowing the beans to develop their natural oils and unlock their full potential. As the beans turned a deep, rich brown, we could smell the boldness building, the aroma filling the air with hints of dark chocolate and a touch of smokiness. "Santa Ana" is more than just a dark roast; it's our commitment to bringing you the best of Colombia in every cup.
