## Ce que dit la marque

> Roast Level: Medium Light Agtron Score: 70 Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Black Tea, Orange Zest Region: Huila Elevation: 1950 masl Varietals: Caturra, F6, Geisha, Pink Bourbon Milling Process: Washed Drying Process: Solar Dryer Harvest: May-June 2025 Roasters Notes: This Colombia lot comes to us from Nemecio Ramos Trujillo, a third-generation producer cultivating from high up in the mountains of Huila. Nemecio and his eight family members oversee daily tasks at their farm, Finca Galaxia. Through meticulous attention to detail this coffee arrives to us with notes of chocolate, black tea, and orange zest, leaving a clean and balanced cup with all the characteristics that make Colombian coffee so consistently special. About Colombian Coffee: One of the best things about Colombian coffee is the fact that there can be a wide range of flavor out of the coffees produced there. The full range of flavor comes from this country's coffee; each region has something unique and enjoyable to offer. You can find the most traditional tasting coffee all the way to one of the most exciting coffee you've ever tasted all produced in the same place. Colombia is a mountainous country with high elevation which is ideal for growing coffee because higher elevation has less oxygen, so the plants grow slower and have more time to develop complex flavor.
