> The husband and wife team of Geremew Dambi and Tsehay Kabtamu work hand-in-hand to produce natural-sundried coffees with attention to detail that's evident in every cup. Geremew and Tsehay belong to the Jabanto farmers group, an organization that produces some of our favorite coffees in Yirgacheffe. When tasting this year’s offerings from Jabanto, the Kabtamu family’s lot stood out for its complex sweetness and acidity. In this classic Yirgacheffe profile, we find bright notes of fresh blueberry and citrus. Geremew and Tsehay are pictured here on their family farm. Pronunciation: kab-TAH-moo FAH-meh-lee
